PP Woven Bag

Woven Polypropylene Bags

TAN HUNG Vietnam woven polypropylene bags offer a low-cost, robust, and tear-resistant alternative to paper bags and can be customized and printed in multiple colors to fit your applications.

HIGH STRENGTH

Woven polypropylene (PP) bags are durable and inherently tear- and puncture-resistant, representing excellent value for money. They are also resistant to bursting open.

WATER-RESISTANT

Our woven PP bags are breathable while safeguarding products from water or vapor damage (with a laminated film barrier layer). They will not degrade if they come into contact with moisture.

PROTECT YOUR PRODUCT

Our woven PP bags are nontoxic and non-staining. They naturally resist cracks, stress, and tearing due to their woven solid structure to protect your goods. They are also recyclable.

CUSTOMIZABLE

These bags can be produced with opaque or transparent layers and custom-printed to display a brand’s unique logos, labels, graphics, and designs. They are suitable for various uses with numerous sizes and shapes.

Common products packaged in woven PP bags are:

  • Salt
  • Coal
  • Flour
  • Sand
  • Fertilizer
  • Pet Food
  • Feed and Seed
  • Cement / Aggregate
  • Chemicals & Powders
  • Rice, Grains & Beans

Woven PP bags can be laminated with a polypropylene coating, inside or outside, adding a barrier to moisture and product leakage.

Bags can also be UV stabilized for a longer lifespan when exposed to sunlight. (Please note that UV stabilization improves the lifecycle and performance of the pack when exposed to direct sunlight; it does not make the bag sun-proof for an indefinite amount of time .)

Features

  • Fabric weight from 65 gsm to 200 gsm
  • Extrusion-coated and uncoated versions
  • 10 x 10, 10 x 8, 12 x 12 and 14 x 14 weave construction
  • Multi-color printing
  • Ultraviolet (UV) protection

There are several variations of woven polypropylene bags. However, these are generally available in flat-form (pillow shape), tucked bottom, or gusseted (brick-shape) bags. They can be open-mouth hemmed tops (eliminating fraying & providing reinforcement for bag closing) with a single fold & chain-stitched bottom seam or with heat cut tops, double folding, and twice-sewn bottoms.
