As a direct manufacturer, we don’t stock bags. Instead, we only produce new woven polypropylene bags per our customers’ request. Through the information below, you’ll find the bag details and specifications we can provide.

Woven polypropylene bag specifications:

Material: 100% new virgin PP (and PE if PE liner is needed)

Top mouth: A. heat cut B. hemmed C.valve

Bottom: Single/double fold and single/double stitched; square bottom

Mesh density: 8×8/sq.inch—16×16/sq.inch

Denier: 500D-1500D

Thickness: >=45g/sq.m

Width size: >=30cm

Length size: at buyer’s requests

Color: At buyer’s requests

Printing: one side or two sides at the buyer’s requests

UV: at buyers’ requests

Surface treat: Plain,anti-slip or breathable at buyers requests

Lamination: PE, PP, or kraft paper

PE Inner bag: At the buyer’s request

Please note that the final length (+15mm / -10mm) and the final width (+15mm / -10mm) are allowed. Besides, the quantity of ±5% is also intolerant.

Woven polypropylene bag packing options:

Commonly, 100 are packed in a bundle, and 5 or 10 bundles are packed in a bale.

We offer several types of product packaging to meet your specific requests; you may choose from PP Woven fabric with PP strappings on or off pallets, paper boxes only, paper boxes on pallets, and small bundles in PE bags contained in paper boxes. Our packaging group can also make a new method for your particular requirement.

• Simple Packaging

PP woven fabric with pp rope, often used in our packaging, can lower costs but achieve almost all your requirements. In this extensive packaging, we pack every 100PCS or 200PCS bags per small bundle.

• Packaging With Pallet

We will put several packaging bundles on pallets with pp woven sheet outside; the packaging is steady. Pallet packaging is more expensive than simple packing and will waste space in a container, but it is much easier for bulk moving or unlading, and the bags will be kept cleaner than the simple packaging method. Suggest to high requirement food grade bags or need bulk moving.

• Packaging Paper Box

Paper boxes with PE bag packaging are more expensive and often used in packing shopping bags for food-grade products, and other products need high packaging requirements.

• Customization Packaging

The customization packaging method is acceptable. Our packaging group will discuss this with you and try our best to achieve your requirements.
