Polypropylene bags (PP Woven Bag)are known for their unique characteristics, such as it is sturdy, customizable, flexible, printable, low cost, recyclable, etc. But besides all these characteristics, the material posses another distinct property that makes it the cleanest packaging material. And that property is enviro-friendly. Polypropylene is an enviro-friendly material, and this is an important aspect that people in diverse industries consider when choosing a packaging material. Raw Material Used For Making Polypropylene – Of the number of other synthetic fibres available, polypropylene derives from petroleum by-products. It means the production of polypropylene does not exploit natural resources in any form. The production of material takes place in the form of a slurry, gas process or solution. In the process, the propylene monomers are treated in the presence of a catalyst system by heat and pressure. This process of polymerization takes place at a low temperature and pressure. And the product that comes out of the process remain translucent but coloured readily. Albeit polypropylene is itself a material that comprises numerous features, it is made more industry-friendly by adding some additives during its production. E.g. it is not printable material originally, made with the help of additives. It is not dyeable originally, made using additives.

With low energy use and a lower greenhouse effect, its contribution to environmental pollution is much lower than the other resins available.

In addition to the usage of by-products of oil refining, the manufacturing process of polypropylene material does not involve the emission of toxins in the environment in any form. Due to production at low temperature, the minimum gases emission takes place. The drying process of material takes less water. It also causes less emission of fluorocarbons, halogens and other toxic material. All these make the manufacturing process of polypropylene material a non-pollution contributor.

When polypropylene turns into the final products such as polypropylene woven bags/sacks (pp woven bag), during the process also, it does not emit any hazardous gases, toxins, waste or causes the greenhouse effect. It renders PP a safe material in total.

The Usage And Disposal Of Polypropylene Material – The polypropylene staple fibre comprises high calorific value when burned with other disposed materials. The CO2 emission from the burning process is also the lowest in comparison to other alternatives. Thus, during the burn process as well, it emits the minimum toxins in the environment. In addition to that, polypropylene is a UV sensitive material. It deforms and gradually decompose in the sunlight. Thus, the polypropylene sack/bag is not kept open.

It Is A Reusable and Recyclable Material – Polypropylene is a completely recyclable material. Thus, it does not contribute to waste production. After multiple usages, woven bags manufacturer and other vendors, recycle these bags to make other consumable goods. The used bags are recycled to make many items that people use in the day to day life. In addition to that, polypropylene sack/bags are washable and could be reused multiple times after washing and cleaning.
